Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your Moovalot account and request removal of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what gets deleted, and what we're required to retain for legal and compliance reasons.
How to request account deletion
You can submit a deletion request in any of the following ways. Please include the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted
Upon confirmation of your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email address, phone number)
- Your payment methods and billing information
- Your saved preferences and app settings
- Your location history and search history
- Any photos or documents you uploaded to your account
What we're required to retain
Certain data must be retained for legal, financial, and safety compliance purposes even after account deletion:

Retained records are stored securely and not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
